  • Leader Guide’s Small Business Launch Plan is a one-time investment of AUD $2,500 +GST. (FY24 Rate)

    Your fixed-price investment includes:

    - 3x Coaching sessions - via Zoom

    - Access to included tools and resources

    - Access to your Coach for support during business hours

    - Marketing and product implementation support (up to 6 hours)

    At the end of your 30 Day coaching period you’ll have developed your business idea and created your first product (or service) ready to deliver to customers.

    By following the action plan and experience of your coach, you’ll have saved time and money and frustration from not doing it yourself.

    When you join Leader Guide’s Small Business Launch Plan, you don’t have to spin your wheels buying courses, trying different tools or committing to expensive services. Your coach will guide you to the clearest and quickest path to launch your business without wasting time or money.

    What’s NOT included?

    - Software fees for products we may suggest (eg. Calendly, MailerLite, Squarespace).

    - Stock photography or videography.

    - Material costs to develop your product or service.

  • We’re not just here to talk about your business idea, we’re here to help you set up your business. Every time you work with your coach you’ll see LIVE results.

    We’ll help you develop your first minimal viable product (MVP) using a proven product brief template. We’ll also help you create your key marketing assets.

    Launch Plan includes up to 4 hours of expert implementation support. These hours can be used to:

    - Design a logo, lead generator, or

    - Create more website pages, or

    - Set up social media accounts, or

    - A combination of all of the above, up to 4 hours

    We’ll inform you of any potential costs that fall outside of scope. We’ll sometimes make recommendations for tools or software that suit your business, and these may have ongoing costs associated with them. (e.g accounting or booking software).

  • We may extend your Coaching period beyond 30 days to accomodate for public holidays/missed sessions etc.

    Once your Launch Plan is completed, it’s time to deliver your product (or service) to customers. Your coach will continue to encourage you and check-in via phone or text even after your coaching period.

    The term ‘product’ includes service-based products.

    Services are a great businesses to launch because they have minimal costs and rely on your unique expertise.

  • To ensure our service is high-touch and high-support, we only work with a handful of business owners at any given time. This works to your advantage because our Coaches have more time dedicated to your success.

  • Starting a business can be risky. It takes a lot of time and money upfront, not to mention many businesses fail within the first few years of starting…

    Launch Plan is designed to help you test and refine your idea BEFORE you go ‘all-in’ and invest more time and money in your business.

    That’s why we use a fixed-price investment and a 30 day timeline, so you can test and refine your idea sooner than later, giving you a better chance of success than doing it yourself.

    If your business idea does not succeed after you launch it, you can decide whether or not to pursue it further or make adjustments to your business.
