We use AI tools to help us analyse information and prepare our work. AI never makes decisions about you. A person always reviews what it produces and makes the call.

Draft session notes, check-ins, action plans and emails for your coach to review.
Keep our client records up to date and help plan our marketing.
The Brain in Leader Hub: The Brain is an AI assistant inside Leader Hub that answers your questions. When you ask it something, the relevant parts of your own Leader Hub information are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer.
What information AI may use: This includes your name and contact details, what you share in sessions, and the coaching information, documents in Leader Hub.
Our AI providers don’t use your information to train their AI models. Some of them are based in the United States (see section 7).
If you’d prefer we didn’t record your sessions or use AI with your information, tell your coach or email support@leaderguide.com.au and we’ll work around it.
7. Overseas disclosure
Some of our providers, including our AI, CRM and email software, process or store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States.
8. Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or request correction if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete. Contact us at support@leaderguide.com.au and we will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required by law to keep certain records.
9. How long we keep your information
