Running a small business is hard work, but it shouldn’t drain the life out of you. Too many owners end up with a business that demands everything: long hours, constant stress, and little joy... The very thing they hoped would bring freedom can start to feel like a burden.
That’s why I started Leader Guide. After eight years working alongside business owners, I’ve found that one-on-one coaching is the greatest lever for success.
